Our version of the ladyfingers has the scent and flavor of grandma's cookies.
To create them, strictly by hand and with sac a poche, just a few genuine and quality ingredients are enough: type 1 flour, fresh eggs, sugar and icing sugar.
Once these light and protein biscuits were given to the most fragile children to strengthen them, today they have become a classic of Italian pastry.
We have interpreted them in our own way, offering them in a smaller and very soft version, ideal to be enjoyed alone or as a base for other desserts.
The irregularity of their shape tells the manual gestures that composed them, instilling all our passion in each one.
